help!!

here i am tryin to change my template! haha but im really terrible at this.
does anybody know how to shift the picture and the tagboard column upward??

well..meanwhile hang in there! prelims are almost over! in just one and a half week's time..
and i've sworn not to be discouraged by preliminaries and look towards the A levels!
